In March 2020, a trio of experienced entrepreneurs: Jeff Burton, Eve Konstantine, and Geoffrey Nelson came together to start recording quarantine conversations with young leaders from around the world.

In this time of great uncertainty, there was a collective drive to discuss the unprecedented global lockdown and the opportunities for a better "new normal" that could result.

Soon a common thread emerged.
